Resources for Families During COVID-19 Pandemic
SUPPLIES
- 211: Call 211 anywhere in Shasta County to access assistance with shelter, clothing, food, etc.
- Text CORONAVIRUS to 211211 for more information about COVID-19. Many agencies and businesses have reduced or changed hours due to COVID -19 concerns.
- FOOD BANKS
- Shasta Lake Community Pantry, located at 1501 McConnell Ave., Shasta Lake
- Open the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at 9:00 AM
- Open (for seniors only) Monday mornings at 9:00 AM
- Dignity Health Emergency Food Program (Families may receive a 3-day supply of food based on family size. Families are helped on an emergency basis and may receive this assistance once a month.
- Distributions are held the first and third Friday of the month from 8-9 a.m. only at the Food Bank located within the main facility at 100 Mercy Oaks Drive in Redding.)

- Provides legal services, safety, and emotional support to intimate partners, children, and seniors affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.
